  How wonderful is the clearance at Belk? Such a wonderful way to update a wardrobe. I took my sister shopping here after a "That place is for old people" . I gave her a $500 budget and told her if she didn't find what she liked, we would go elsewhere. She hit $390 and couldn't believe how much she was able to find and get. "I love this place! Why did I think it was for old people?" LOL! Stick with me Sis, I will hook you up.

  I've gone to the cosmetic section in this store twice with bad results. One lady was helping a customer and rather than tell me she'd be with me shortly, kept sneaking peeks at me while I was patiently waiting by the register with my merchandise. The second time I was with my girlfriend waiting to buy perfume. 2 sales ladies went to help 1 customer after we had been waiting 20 minutes. A customer service training refresher is needed in this section. My girlfriend spoke to a night manager that offered us a $25 gift card. Thanks but I will never step foot in that store again. I never write reviews but i'm very disappointed in the ladies in that section.
