  The ONLY place to rent a tux in the Triad Area is Black Tie Formal Wear. The staff was fun, friendly and very knowledgeable. I was going in to get a plain tux for my wedding. I expected a pretty stuffy experience...I walked out after having a great experience with some fun folks who really took care of me. They took my ideas and color selections and put together a beautiful tuxedo that was fit for a king. The price was right, the tuxedo was regal, and I consider the fine staff my new friends. Do yourself a favor and go to Black Tie Formal Wear first, and enjoy your experience. I know that I won't rent a tux from anyone else. They made me look great for my wedding.

  Customer service was good BUT I picked up a suit that I bought for my wedding/Honeymoon and this company forgot the pocket stuffer (which is supposed to be included in the rental items). My Best Man rented his stuff from here and was charged a late free when he returned it the Tuesday following my wedding. Forget stuff for a groom and offer nothing to fix your mistake and charge a late fee for his best man. I'll go somewhere else for my formal wear needs in the future.
