  I have been a loyal CVS customer for many, many years, but thanks to the flat-out mean-spirited atmosphere in this particular store, as well as the couldn't-care-less customer service, I will no longer patronize any CVS store. Waiting at a counter? Don't expect a greeting, just a flat stare. Walk up to a counter with no customers in line? Prepared to be ignored, without even the courtesty of a "I'll be with you in a moment." Asking for help from some of the store's staff? Grunts and gestures is all you will get. I put up with this for months, because I have always loved the friendly pharmacy staff at other CVS stores, but I am a customer and I deserve, if not respect, at least recognition that I am a human being. I greet strangers on the street better than these people treat their customers.
