  They admittedly did not set my new heat pump up correctly when installed nor did they do another installation which was contracted at the same time. And the thermostat has never worked correctly. When there was a big problem, they took 3 service calls to put it supposedly in the condition it was supposed to have been initially. Then when asked to fix the problem with the system that uncovered their lapse, though still having 6 months of warranty left, they started promising to come but never did. Receptionist would not schedule, referring to a tech. Two different ones did nothing three different calls. I left a voice mail for the person that sold the job and he never returned my call. I was NOT the problem but have no expectation of getting my heat pump working correctly or any other warranty service. This is in Thomasville 2017-2018. (They talked very nicely as they did this though.)
