  I purchased two Rohl farmhouse sinks from KBP and it was the best online purchase experience I have ever had! I have a few criteria when I searched online for the sinks. First, I wanted to find an online store that is near our residence and I was pleasantly surprised to find KBP, which is located in High Point NC, within one hour drive. Second, I wanted the lowest price, KBP's prices are even lower than that of eBay and other stores, even rivaling prices of some other "shady" online stores that operate out of a UPS store address and a multi-unit rooming house :-o. I wrote the store an online email and it was promptly replied by Kelly Kresa, which impressed me. More impressive was that this kind of prompt response resonated throughout the whole sale, including returns. Kelly shipped the sinks within two business days. One of the sinks turn out to have a slight blemish, Kelly responded to my email promptly and asked if the sink is going to be installed unde r-mounted. I said I planned to install it on an island slightly over-mounted (a less common way but that's how I like it) and he arranged for a return right away with clear directions. The new sink was delivered within two business days. The whole sales experience was so pleasant and I am really really pleased with KBP's excellent exemplary service. I would like to direct more business to this excellent company who has traditional values and customer service that one can rarely find in stores, not to mention online ones, nowadays. By the way, KBP has a store-front that is in business since 1883! I would love to visit the store one day to know the excellent people there.
