  For whatever reason, all my pictures where deleted on a Sunday evening. I lost pictures of grandchildren, family and friends. It was like losing everything in a fire. I talked to Asia at the Verizon store in WS, Jacob in IT and another Verizon employee at church and was told there was nothing they could do...they were gone . I was just about ready to give up and accept what the other 3 Verizon people had told me but decided to try the Eastchester location in High Point. Boy am I glad I did! When I walked in, I was greeted by a very nice young man with a big smile.Jeremy. Not only did he immediately know what to do, he was able to find every picture I had taken in less than 2 minutes!!! He is a God send! Verizon ..I hope you know how fortunate you are to have him on staff and what an asset he is to the company. I have been telling everyone about this and will send all my friends and family to see him. Thank you Jeremy. You are a blessing.
