  My husband used the drive through for picking up a prescription. When the charge receipt came for him to sign, it was placed in the "box" in such a way when he opened the door the receipt and pen fell to the ground. He did not knock it down, it fell out. So he had to move his car and get out and bend over (not easy for him) to pick it up. Meanwhile the staff person was not paying any attention to his plight. Then we discovered the staff person had stapled his credit card to the envelope it was returned in! So his credit card now has the staple holes and raised areas from the staple. How inept!
